People are Annoying (Me Included)

Some people are hard to be around - and I'm sure I've made that list for a few folks. There are so many reasons this can be the case, whether it's because we have different personalities or due to a previous argument or struggle we've had with them. I HATE conflict so I tend to just avoid people when things feel awkward, but what if I'm missing an opportunity? What if God could use those relationships to help us grow? I love what Bob Goff has to say about it:

Looking back, I think some of my closest friendships are the ones where I've braved the hard conversations. My knees were shaking and my stomach was anxious - but it was almost always worth it.
